AI Product Specialist - Legal

I am recruiting for an AI Product Specialist (Legal) to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in London, 3 days remote.The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.You must have professional experience in Legal Operations, Legal Engineering, Process Design or Management Consulting- within Fintech, Financial Services, or a fast-growing tech environment.Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of generative AI tools, prompt design, and low-code/no-code automation platforms (eg, Zapier, Make, Tonkean, Bryter, Ironclad, or similar legal tech suites).You will have proficiency with process mapping tools (eg, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio) and a analytical approach to process optimisation.You must have familiarity with standard legal workflows, contract life cycle management (CLM), and basic legal concepts in a corporate setting.You will be able to create intuitive documentation, user guides, and training programs to ensure seamless onboarding for legal team members and internal business users.You must be comfortable with tracking and reporting key legal ops metrics (eg, cycle times, adoption rates, efficiency gains) to demonstrate the ROI of deployed tools.If your experience matches the above and you have the required legal andamp; financial expertise please apply ASAP. ..... full job details .....
