This is a hands-on leadership role combining product judgement, technical delivery and building. You''ll decide what should be developed, direct engineering priorities and create prototypes, internal tools and automations yourself. The focus is on building a connected set of capabilities that delivers lasting value, rather than isolated solutions. The Opportunity You''ll take ownership of the day-to-day direction and delivery of an internal AI programme, working closely with the Strategy Director. You''ll have the authority to prioritise, reshape or stop work within the agreed roadmap, balancing stakeholder needs with what can be delivered. You''ll set priorities for one dedicated software engineer and have access to substantial support from a second engineer.
