This pivotal role will shape and oversee our AI governance ecosystem, ensuring we can confidently balance innovation with responsibility.The RoleAs the AI Governance Lead, you will define and drive our AI governance strategy across the organisation. You will lead the development of governance frameworks, partner with senior stakeholders, track evolving legislation, and ensure the continued ethical and compliant operation of AI and ML systems.This is a rare opportunity to influence how a major organisation designs and governs AI, setting standards that will shape our future.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the group-wide AI Systems Register, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Develop and implement a comprehensive AI Governance Framework covering policy, process, ethics, and compliance.Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to enforce safe and ethical use of AI across the organisation.Establish and promote standards for fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation.Monitor emerging AI legislation and industry ..... full job details .....
