AI Engineer

AI E ngineer Hybrid- Remote/London 6 months + Inside IR35 SC Clearance (or eligible) Our customer, a central government organization, are building an enterprise-grade AI platform to enable secure, scalable and production-ready use of Generative AI and ML across the business. The AI Engineer will translate architectural designs into working systems, implementing AI services that integrate cleanly into enterprise applications, workflows and SDLC processes. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on production Hands-on experience with LLM APIs Experience implementing production RAG or agent-based systems Strong API and integration skills Understanding of evaluation, hallucination mitigation and responsible AI The AI Engineer designs and implements AI-driven business capabilities using platform services. This role focuses on RAG, agent orchestration and domain-specific AI logic.
