Outside IR35The Company They are a technology-led organisation working at the intersection of AI, customer experience, and immersive digital products. The team partners closely with enterprise clients to design and build advanced AI-driven interfaces that blend conversational intelligence with rich visual experiences. This project sits at the heart of their innovation roadmap and is expected to evolve into a long-term IP-led platform.The Role and DeliverablesDesign and build conversational dialogue flows for a GenAI-powered chatbot, aligned to an existing storyboard.Develop and integrate LLM-driven pathways for product discovery, recommendation, and problem-led customer journeys.Implement solutions on Google Cloud Platform, using services such as Vertex AI and Dialogflow.Integrate APIs to enrich conversations with real-world context, such as stock availability, product data, and environmental signals.Define and apply guardrails to manage off-topic, inappropriate, or constrained user interactions.Support model fine-tuning, testing, and iteration to ensure conversational accuracy across accents and multiple languages.Your Skills and ExperienceStrong experience building and deploying generative AI or conversational AI solutions in production environments.Hands-on expertise with GCP, particularly Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and related services.Proven capability designing complex dialogue flows that adapt to user intent and ..... full job details .....
