AI Enablement Lead

AI Enablement Lead South West London (Hybrid, 2 days per week) 12 month FTC with strong potential for extension or a longer term opportunity I''m working with a large international business in a heavily regulated sector that is making significant investment in AI. As part of this journey, they''re looking to hire an AI Enablement Lead into a newly created role. This isn''t an AI Engineer role where you''ll spend your time building solutions for the business. It''s also not a traditional training role. The focus is on enabling technical teams to build, deploy and govern AI solutions themselves. You''ll be working across a technology function of over 1,000 people, helping engineering, product and technology teams move from experimenting with AI to using it in a meaningful way day to day. You''ll identify capability gaps, build learning programmes, run hands on workshops and help teams turn ideas into real, production ready solutions. The key thing is that people leave your workshops having actually built something. You''re not standing at the front demoing a tool for an hour. You''re coaching teams through building solutions themselves and giving them the confidence to continue without you. As a result, we''re looking for someone with genuine technical depth who can also facilitate, coach and influence others.
