This is not an AI strategy role, a research role or traditional change management. We re looking for someone genuinely hands on with GenAI who can work directly with software engineering and product teams to embed AI into the product development lifecycle. The business has already started its AI journey. Teams are experimenting with the technology and there is good internal capability. The next step is bringing in somebody who is further ahead of that curve and has already applied this successfully within a commercial software environment.
