AI Design Analyst | GenAI | Copilot | Business Analyst | AI Consultant

We are seeking an experienced AI Design Analyst / AI Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases within a complex, enterprise environment.

This is a high-impact role focused on AI workflows, prompt engineering, and Copilot solutions, working across business and technology teams to define, design, and deliver AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and shape AI use cases aligned to business objectives
• Design AI-enabled workflows, prompt patterns, and user journeys
• Apply prompt engineering, LLMs, and Copilot in real-world scenarios
• Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops
• Assess data readiness, feasibility, and AI risks (ethics, governance)
• Support MVP, prototyping, and AI solution design

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as AI Business Analyst, AI Consultant, or AI Product Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Copilot
• Expertise in process mapping, service design, and user journeys
• Experience working in data, digital, or AI transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft AI ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Desirable

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, and ethics
