Are you a marketing specialist who knows how to turn data, AI and customer intent into better conversion?We''re working with a fast-growing professional services group looking for an AI Conversion and Personalisation Specialist to join its Growth and Marketing function.This is a new, specialist role sitting at the intersection of AI, marketing automation, data, personalisation and conversion optimisation.You''ll be responsible for making sure the right prospects are identified, understood and targeted with the right message at the right time - using AI, intent data and behavioural signals to improve lead quality and ultimately drive more opportunities through the funnel. The RoleYou''ll work closely with the Head of Performance, Demand Generation, AI Operations and Data teams, taking existing campaigns and programmes and making them smarter, more targeted and more conversion focused.Your remit will include:Building and managing data enrichment workflows using Salesforce APIs, Companies House, Gazette and other firmographic data sources.Developing ICP and intent scoring models using firmographic, behavioural and third-party intent signals.Using AI to create and optimise personalised content, messaging and creative variants across campaigns.Turning real-time intent signals - such as website behaviour, content engagement and research activity - into highly relevant personalised messaging.Developing live audience definitions and targeting logic for paid media and outbound ..... full job details .....
