This position is ideal for a transformation-focused professional with strong experience in business analysis, process optimisation, AI adoption, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying AI opportunities, redesigning business processes, and translating complex requirements into scalable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the discovery, assessment, and redesign of business processes to identify opportunities where AI can automate, augment, or transform business outcomes. Work with business and Digital stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and define practical AI-enabled solutions. Assess AI opportunities including business value, feasibility, process readiness, data quality, governance, controls, and responsible AI considerations. Define future-state processes, operating models, and service journeys incorporating AI, automation, and appropriate human oversight.
