This is an opportunity to work with major enterprise clients delivering cloud, automation and AI transformation.The OpportunityYou will help clients assess, redesign and optimise cloud operating models, ensuring they are scalable, resilient and ready for Generative AI, AIOps and intelligent automation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on cloud transformation and cloud operating models.Assess existing service management and operational environments.Design future-state operating models, governance frameworks and processes.Drive automation-first and AI-ready operational practices.Advise on GenAI, Copilots, intelligent automation and agentic AI use cases.Support transformation delivery and stakeholder engagement.Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development.What We Are Looking ForExperience in consulting and/or technology transformation.Knowledge of ITIL service management processes.Experience with AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud.Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.Knowledge of cloud security, governance and compliance.Interest in Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.Strong communication ..... full job details .....
