AI and Microsoft Training Specialist

Zenith are looking to recruit an experienced AI and Microsoft Training Specialist. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve high-impact learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes for learners and employer partners. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing AI and automation apprenticeship pathways, including: Level 3 AI Integration Digital Support Technician Level 4 AI and Automation Practitioner Within the role, you will work closely with the wider apprenticeship delivery team to ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will enable learners and employers to adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-driven ways of working, translating technical capability into practical, real-world impact. Responsibilities AI Programme and Apprenticeship Delivery: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across AI and digital apprenticeship programmes Embed Microsoft Copilot and AI tools into apprenticeship delivery and learner activities Support learners through their full journey, including onboarding, progression and preparation for end-point assessment Maintain a strong focus on learner outcomes, achievement and progression Curriculum and Content Development: Design and develop engaging, industry-relevant learning content aligned to apprenticeship standards Create blended learning materials (workshops, digital modules, video content and practical labs) Integrate ..... full job details .....
