Job Title: AI and CRM Implementation Specialist Type of role: 3-month FTC - potential to extend Location: London Hybrid Salary: Up to £50,000 Benefits: Discretionary annual bonus Pension 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Growing fintech environment About the position of the AI and CRM Implementation Specialist: We are working with an innovative residential FinTech lender that is looking for an experienced AI and CRM Implementation Specialist to join the business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role for someone who can help the organisation implement and embed AI capabilities across the business, while also improving and developing its CRM capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, improve customer journeys and enhance decision-making, whilst ensuring the CRM platform is being fully utilised. Responsibilities for the role of AI and CRM Implementation Specialist: Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business. Help embed AI into day-to-day processes, workflows and customer journeys. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.
