Easily commutable from Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, Leamington Spa and east Birmingham Up to £65,000 plus benefits How often do you get to own AI adoption for an entire business, with the licences already bought, the leadership already sold and a pipeline of projects waiting? This is a hands-on role with an established engineering group operating from multiple sites across the UK and mainland Europe. The IT team have made a start with Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 stack, and now want a specialist to take it on and own it end to end: building the agents and automations, then driving the adoption that makes them stick. You''d design the training material, run the sessions, sit with users across the business to work out what they need, and be the name everyone associates with AI. An internal AI policy is close to sign-off, so the governance groundwork is being done for you. Early projects include a Copilot-driven portal that lets staff pull answers out of SharePoint instead of hunting for them, document AI to replace a print-and-scan invoicing process in finance, and a major data analytics project at one of the European sites that was heading to an outside consultancy until the business decided to hire this role instead.
