AI and Business Automation Consultant Belfast HybridI am looking to hire an AI and Business process consultant to take ownership of automation and AI opportunities across the business.This is a hands-on role. They''re not looking for someone who simply understands AI in theory - they want someone who can look at a business process, identify what can be improved, and actually build and implement the solution. What will you be doing?Map business processes and identify automation opportunities.Assess whether processes should be automated and determine the best approach.Build automation solutions or identify the right technology to implement.Work across sales, finance and wider operations.Automate repetitive tasks to give teams more time back for revenue-generating activity.Develop AI-powered solutions and workflows.Potentially centralise and manage GPT/AI lead-generation tools.Help develop a company-wide "mission control" dashboard providing operational data, prompts and insights.Train internal team members to build and manage automation solutions.
