Overview We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on AI Native Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for complex enterprise environments. If you are passionate about building scalable, cloud-native solutions and pioneering agent-based workflows, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Deploy: Architect and launch robust, scalable, cloud-native AI applications.

• Agentic Workflows: Implement, optimize, and manage advanced agent-based AI workflows and LLM integrations.

• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate diverse AI platforms and tools into existing enterprise ecosystems.

• Production Excellence: Ensure all AI-driven systems are secure, performant, and built for production scale.

What You Bring

• Consulting Background: Proven experience working within a Big 4, top-tier management consulting, or engineering consulting environment.

• Education: A strong tertiary qualification (Degree/Master''s) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly related technical discipline.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on software engineering background with a strong focus on AI/ML and cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• AI Architecture: Deep understanding of modern AI platforms, API integration, and agent-based system architecture.

• Delivery Focus: A strong track record of transitioning AI concepts into reliable, enterprise-grade production systems.
