• Present findings and strategy to senior client and government stakeholders
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts within the team
• Build and deepen long-term client relationships
• Support business development by shaping propositions and monitoring the competitive landscape
• Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders
• Manage project delivery, quality, and profitability against proposal

• Strong background in the energy industry as a consultant or engineer
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology
• Experience delivering digital, analytics, or AI-driven strategic projects
• Experience in management consulting or early-stage techno-economic studies
