Agriculture Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £75,000+ (DOE) - A new role for a skilled Agriculture Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. THE ROLE:• Advising on a wide range of issues across agriculture and landed estates• Building and maintaining knowledge across the sector, sharing insights and working closely with colleagues firm-wide• Supporting and developing client relationships, while identifying and referring wider business opportunities• Actively engaging in business development and networking initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Agriculture Solicitors with between 4–8 years’ PQE• Previous experience in agricultural law – or broader property experience with a strong interest in the sector• A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients• Excellent drafting skills and legal technical ability• Strong commercial awareness• Organised, proactive and detail-focused• Ambitious with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
