As part of our Executive team, you''ll shape and deliver our agricultural and environmental strategy while supporting our wider mission of farming with purpose. Role and Responsibilities: Lead and deliver our agricultural strategy in line with company goals Own our environmental and CSR agenda Oversee farming operations, PandL, compliance, and safety Champion innovation in poultry and support Cornwall''s farming future Report regularly to the board and mentor a values-driven team Experience: Senior leadership experience in agriculture/poultry Strategic thinking with strong operational and PandL understanding A passion for sustainability, farming, and developing people Collaborative spirit with a bold, proactive mindset We''re not just about eggs - we''re about people, impact, and doing things differently.
