This opportunity is being managed on a retained recruitment basis, reflecting the importance of the hire and the firm''s commitment to securing the right long-term candidate.The RoleYou will join an experienced agricultural and property team, working on a broad range of matters including:Agricultural land sales and purchasesRural and farming-related property mattersCommercial property transactionsActing for landowners, farmers, and rural businessesManaging your own caseload with minimal supervisionThe role has arisen due to a developing skills gap within the team and planned long-term succession, making this a key strategic hire for the firm.The TeamLed by an experienced Head of DepartmentSupported by solicitors and trainees who have progressed naturally and internallyA collaborative and stable, office-based working environmentThe Ideal Candidate3-5 years'' PQE (this is the ideal range, though strong candidates slightly outside this will be considered)Qualified Solicitor in England and WalesExperience in agricultural law and/or commercial propertyAble to hit the ground runningHappy with a predominantly office-based role in PenrithNQ-level candidates will not be considered for this roleWorking ..... full job details .....
