This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of a thriving practice known for its strong reputation within the agricultural and rural sector. The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, landed estates, and developers across Somerset and the wider South West. The RoleYou will advise clients on a broad range of agricultural and rural property matters, including:• Sales and acquisitions of farms, estates and rural land• Agricultural tenancies and related matters• Rural land development and diversification projects• Agricultural finance and secured lending transactions• Succession planning support• General rural property and land management issues The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years'' PQE and experience within agricultural, rural property or commercial property law.The successful candidate will demonstrate:• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions• A genuine interest in agriculture, landed estates and rural businesses• A desire to support and mentor junior colleagues• Strong business development skills and an interest in growing client relationships What''s on Offer?• Competitive ..... full job details .....
