Working area of support Cambridgeshire / South Lincolnshire Operational base Chatteris The Role To diagnose, repair, prepare, service, and maintain a range of agricultural machinery. Record and justify work carried out using mobile phone app. Working predominately on site and at times in depot. Undertake mandatory manufacturer''s training courses on-line in depot and at manufacturers venues. Work to main dealer working principals following correct procedures to achieve quality and efficiency. To deliver industry leading support to our customers. Responsibilities To diagnose, repair, prepare, service, and maintain a range of agricultural machinery, with ability to diagnose technical transmissions/engines/hydraulic and electrical faults. Use IT system to diagnose faults where applicable and file reports to manufacturers. Complete digital job cards with high level of detail and accuracy in a timely manner.
