What You ll Be Doing Advising and acting on transactions involving farmland, agricultural estates, and rural propertiesPreparing and reviewing a variety of documents, including access agreements, overage clauses, and land transfersOffering strategic advice on non-contentious issues relating to agricultural tenanciesLiaising with colleagues across property, private client, and commercial departments to deliver seamless serviceEngaging in client relationship development and participating in relevant networking events What We re Looking For At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in property law, ideally with exposure to rural/agricultural mattersA confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong drafting and negotiation skillsA ..... full job details .....
