Horn Ltd, a leading supplier to the Agricultural industry across the North of England for over 60 years, are now looking to recruit a Parts Advisor.We are a leading supplier of Kubota, Kverneland, Krone, McHale, etc.What You''ll Be Doing: Dealing with customer enquiries via the phone and over the counter. Supply service department with parts as required. Receiving goods and checking to orders. Identify required parts, pick parts from stock and place orders with suppliers to meet customer needs and expectations. Maintain inventory and merchandise displays, ensuring the shop floor and stores is tidy and well-presented. Be involved in inventory management and other admin tasks.What we''re Looking For: Friendly and approachable manner so you can assist internal and external customers. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided if you are willing to learn!
