In this role, you''ll plan, prepare and deliver Agricultural Engineering programs across a range of qualification levels, teaching both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory. You''ll assess learner work, monitor progress, and use your industry expertise to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers.

This role would suit an experienced Agricultural Engineer with a Level 3 qualification who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and is looking to build a rewarding career in education.

The Role:

*Deliver Agricultural Engineering programs across a range of qualification levels
*Plan, prepare and deliver both practical workshop sessions and theory-based lessons
*Assess learner work and monitor student progress
*Support learners in developing the practical skills and technical knowledge required by industry

The Person:

*Level 3 C&G qualification in Agricultural Engineering
*Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
*Strong Agricultural Engineering industry knowledge and practical experience
*Passionate about developing the next generation of Agricultural Engineers
