Salary & Benefits

• -13.00 - -18.00 per hour DOE
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime available during seasonal peaks, including evenings and weekends

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on agricultural machinery both on customer sites and within the workshop.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance, inspections and breakdown repairs.
• Prepare and commission new and used agricultural equipment prior to customer delivery.
• Complete job reports and service documentation accurately while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide customers with advice on machine operation, maintenance and performance optimisation.

Requirements

• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural, plant, construction, HGV or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Confident working independently in a field-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Agricultural machinery experience is advantageous, although full product training will be provided for the right candidate.
