Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery through all assessment and phasesApply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP - extreme programming) and mentor the team about the chosen approachBuild and maintain teams ensuring they are motivated collaborating and working wellIntegration of the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project planIdentify obstacles and help the team to overcome themFocus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and servicesEncourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery teamFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team''s progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team.Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Bachelor''s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework.Strong facilitation and coaching skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.Certification in Scrum or equivalent.

Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of complementary Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for Agile values and continuous improvement.Experience of Delivery management processes.
