Agile Delivery Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Watford Office - Hybrid We''re looking for a proactive Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery across a high-profile global platform supporting buying, supplier management and purchasing processes across the Europe and North America.Some of your responsibilities will include: Own and manage end-to-end delivery plans and roadmaps.Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.Lead release planning, delivery governance, risk management and dependency tracking.Coach and mentor teams, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.Partner with business and technology stakeholders across a complex global landscape.Support both BAU delivery and strategic transformation initiatives, including a major legacy modernisation programme. What We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Delivery Manager ideally in a retail environment.Strong planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.Experience delivering within Agile SAFe environments.Ability to influence, challenge and drive results in a fast-paced organisation.Experience with Jira, Confluence and cross-functional delivery teams.
