Agile Delivery Manager

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Azure, and technical team collaboration. You will play a vital role in scaling agile processes, working closely with technical and platform teams, and managing multiple squads within a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environmentRemodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platformsWork with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other toolsCoordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handoversFacilitate quarterly planning and squad meetingsStay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherenceKey Experience needed: Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar roleExperience working on AWS and Azure cloud platformsStrong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworksAbility to manage multiple squadsExperience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentationsBackground in product transfer and transferring working practicesKnowledge of DevOps practicesHybrid working - 1 day a week in a London-based officeDuration - Initial 6 months Rate - up to 750pd inside ir35 via umbrellaHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of ..... full job details .....
