Agile Delivery Manager

Clearance: Active and transferable SC clearance requiredTravel Requirement: On site in Newcastle Upon-Tyne at least twice per month.Inside IR35We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital services for our public sector client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can drive delivery across multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with product, design, research, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Engage with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.Apply GDS standards and user-centred design principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in public sector or large-scale digital programmes.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Experience with GDS standards and user-centred design (UCD) principles.
