Delivery Oversight: Own progress reporting, partner with engineering and product teams, manage cross-team resource planning, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.Consultative Leadership: Mentor squad leads and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results focus.Agile Evangelism: Drive pragmatic adoption and evolution of agile practices, tailoring approaches to meet organizational needs.Quality and Governance: Oversee delivery governance to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.Key Requirements
Good experience in Agile Delivery Management, successfully leading multiple teams and digital projects.Must be able to set up agile processes from scratch and explain importanceMust have extremely deep Agile knowledge (theory, frameworks and terminology)Strong stakeholder management and alignment skillsDeep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them effectivelyStrategic knowledge of delivery lifecycles, processes, and cross-team coordinationFamiliarity with modern engineering practices, including architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and test automationExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Trello, MS Project, Miro, and MuralExperience in the eCommerce or retail industryAgile certifications (CSM, CSPO, ACSM)Experience with Agile scaling methodologiesProject management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP)Working Model
This role follows a hybrid model, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.Job function
