The role combines strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks, acting as a facilitator and intermediary escalation point to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes. The role will work with programme and functional managers as well as individual contributors to plan, manage and deliver strategic outcomes. The Agile Delivery Manager is a combination of delivery assurance and Agile coaching for the teams.
