Agile Delivery Manager
Agile Delivery Manager (Contract) Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for extension)Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)Salary: 85 - 88,000 (Dependent on experience) Role Profile The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of change through Agile methodologies. The role combines strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks, acting as a facilitator and intermediary escalation point to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes. The role will work with programme and functional managers as well as individual contributors to plan, manage and deliver strategic outcomes. The Agile Delivery Manager is a combination of delivery assurance and Agile coaching for the teams. Key Accountabilities: Own and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple Agile initiativesEnsure alignment of delivery with organisational priorities and customer outcomesEstablish and maintain delivery roadmaps, release plans, and milestonesMonitor progress, performance, and quality of delivery using metrics and KPIsChampion Agile principles, frameworks, and best practicesCoach teams to improve Agile maturity and performanceEnsure consistent adoption of Agile tools, and practicesPromote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovationImplement information radiators and dashboards to measure team effectiveness, motivation and improvementsWork to bring the product, operations and leadership groups together in collaborative ways of workingProvide clear, concise ..... full job details .....
