Responsibilities Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement, translating priorities into sprint goals and clear ownership. Track delivery through Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling; identify slippage early, coordinate dependencies and lead recovery action. Maintain plans, milestones, critical-path activity and RAID governance, reporting clearly on progress, blockers and forecast confidence. Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and self-management. Manage stakeholders, expectations and difficult delivery conversations, escalating risks with practical options.
