As our new
Agile Delivery Lead , you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be part of the team that solves the technical challenges that help shape how we operate on our e-commerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps, enabling

to stay ahead in the market. You’ll work remotely but come into our Holiday House in Leeds one day per month for training and personal development.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll promote Scrum best practices, constantly inspect, and adapt with the teams to improve and drive Agile at scale.
You’ll make sure the team or teams are performing at their best to deliver, identifying issues and overcoming impediments.
You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to drive effective decisions and outcomes, to mitigate risks and provide transparent, accurate and timely updates.
You’ll be an advocate for the release of valuable working software early and often, helping to Create Memories for our customers and users across the business.
What you’ll have
You’ll have knowledge of a blend of agile ways of working and be able to contribute towards an environment of continuous improvement.
You’ll have stakeholder management experience.
You’ll be able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business.
