Job Title: Agile Coach
Location: Welwyn Garden City | 3 days per week onsite
Remuneration: Up to -700 per day
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (3 months) | Full Time | Scope to extend

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand context (people, process, product) to tailor changes and solutions.
  • Identify challenges based on insights, business priorities, and the Business Agility mission and strategy.
  • Define optimal solutions using industry best practises tailored to our client''s context.
  • Create and implement change initiatives suited to context and scale of impact.
  • Develop and deliver targeted learning experiences based on audience knowledge.
  • Facilitate ad-hoc sessions to promote collaboration and learning.
  • Coach leaders on adopting an Agile mindset and practises.
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of Agile practises and initiatives, using data to inform decision-making and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on initiatives and maximise success.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt Agile practises based on trends and needs.

About You:

  • Proven Agile coaching experience with a strong understanding of Agile & Lean frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead change at various organisational levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience leading organisational change initiatives and managing resistance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Aha and Jira, and familiarity with Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, ICAgile Agile Coaching).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
