This is an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders to review existing operational processes, challenge inefficient or inherited ways of working, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimisation, automation and AI. The focus will be on understanding how the business operates today, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring processes are reviewed and optimised before new technology solutions are introduced. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand operational challenges and business needs.
