Agent/Package Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Agent / Package Manager to join a major infrastructure project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of key construction packages.This is a hands-on delivery role suited to an experienced Agent / Package Manager who is comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced project environment and can take ownership of packages from planning through to completion. Key Package AreasExperience in one or more of the following areas would be highly beneficial:Structural SteelCivilsArchitectural Fit-OutHeadhouseUrban RealmAFO (Desirable) The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the safe, efficient and timely delivery of allocated packages, working closely with engineering, design, commercial, project management and subcontractor teams.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the day-to-day delivery of allocated construction packages.Managing subcontractors and site delivery teams.Driving programme, quality, safety and productivity.Coordinating construction activities, interfaces and sequencing.Reviewing construction methodologies and RAMS.Providing construction and buildability input into design development.Supporting constructability reviews and Early Contractor Involvement where required.Identifying and resolving delivery constraints and technical issues.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, contracts and ..... full job details .....
