Key Tasks - Programming works, commercial performance, and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes. - Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures. - Take full ownership and accountability for profit and loss in the project, ensuring robust control of - target costs and actual costs. Including financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value reviews - with the commercial team. - Ensure all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded. - Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification.
