About the Project:
We are delivering a high-profile infrastructure upgrade to the coach park facilities at Heathrow Airport. This project will enhance passenger experience and improve operational efficiency through significant civil engineering and infrastructure improvements.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Agent to join our site team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, highways expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a live airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site teams to deliver works in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.

• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, design teams, and client representatives.

• Provide input during pre-construction stages, including planning, methodology, and risk management.

• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide technical guidance where required.

• Drive cost awareness and commercial efficiency across all site activities.

• Manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement on site.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Agent (or Senior Engineer ready to step up) on road or highways projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and structures in live operational environments.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute during pre-construction phases and manage commercial aspects of delivery.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• CSCS, SMSTS and relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or similar).
