We are currently seeking an experienced Agent to lead the delivery of a major Ground Investigation package at Heathrow Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Agent with a strong background in geotechnical and site investigation works, overseeing specialist subcontractors carrying out Cable Percussion (CP) Boreholes up to 60m, Window Sampling, Rotary Drilling, and associated ground investigation activities on a high-profile aviation project.

• Managing the safe and efficient delivery of ground investigation works.
• Leading site teams and specialist ground investigation subcontractors.
• Overseeing deep borehole drilling, cable percussion works, and window sampling operations.
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, permits, and work packages.
• Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitoring programme, quality, productivity, and commercial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with Heathrow Airport safety and operational requirements.
• Managing daily briefings, progress reporting, and workforce planning.

• Previous experience as an Agent, Sub Agent, or Project Engineer on Ground Investigation or Geotechnical projects.
• Proven experience managing:
  • Cable Percussion Boreholes (CP)
  • Deep Boreholes (up to 60m)
  • Window Sampling
  • Rotary Drilling
  • Ground Investigation & Site Investigation Works
• Strong understanding of RAMS, ITPs, permits, and quality processes.
• SMSTS and CSCS required.
• Heathrow Airport or major infrastructure experience advantageous.
• Ability to obtain full airside security clearance.
