      <description>Location: Heathrow | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Agent - Utilities  Heathrow Airport   (Inside IR35 - Umbrella PAYE)   We are recruiting for an experienced  Agent  to lead the delivery of utility and infrastructure works on a major project at  Heathrow Airport .  This role is ideal for an Agent with a strong background in  utility diversions, buried services, and multi-utility infrastructure , who can manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities 	 Managing the delivery of utility packages across Heathrow Airport. 	 Overseeing utility diversion and installation works  	 Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme. 	 Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits, ITPs, and work package plans. 	 Coordinating with Heathrow stakeholders, clients, and operational teams. 	 Monitoring performance, programme, quality, and commercial objectives. 	 Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and airport regulations.
