This role is ideal for an Agent with a strong background in utility diversions, buried services, and multi-utility infrastructure , who can manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Managing the delivery of utility packages across Heathrow Airport. Overseeing utility diversion and installation works  Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
