Agency Team Manager - CIN Service (CP/Court) - Leicester City Council

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking TWO agency Team Manager for its Child Protection / Court service.This post will last at least 3 months, paid at £45 per hour.Please let me know if you are interested? Or can you refer a friend for £300 if placed?The role will involve the following:We have 2 Team Manager posts that have become available, one of which is a new postThese are full time posts working Mon-Friday, 37 hours per week. The service works with children and young people subject to Child In Need Plans, Child Protection Plans and Care Proceedings. They are expected to be in the hub they are based at 3 days a weekAs part of the Service, you''ll join a supportive and dynamic team who are committed to our children and young people supporting them in their ambitions, maintaining and building relationships with families and networks, understanding their experiences, navigating change, achieving stability and keeping them safe.As the Team Manager, you''ll lead a team of social workers to ensure that practice is child focused, essential performance requirements which improve practice are met and assessment, intervention and planning are responsive to need and circumstance.You will be supported by an Advanced Practitioner in your team.
