[Agency] Registered Mental Health Nurse

Overview

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:Provide direct patient care in mental health settings, offering compassionate and skilled nursing support.Assess and monitor patients'' mental health conditions, developing tailored care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.Monitor and document patients'' progress and response to treatments.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.Offer crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with best practices and regulations.

Previous experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) is required.
