You''ll help maintain safe, compliant and well-managed homes while supporting residents to live independently and thrive within their communities.In the Agency Partnership Officer role, you will be: Providing an effective housing management service across a portfolio of specialist housing schemes Managing contracts with external partners, including drafting agreements and monitoring service delivery Carrying out audits, compliance checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained Managing tenancy-related matters including anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns and resident wellbeing Identifying, reporting and managing risks, ensuring health and safety and legislative compliance requirements are met Representing the organisation at court proceedings, tribunal hearings and case reviews where required Developing strong working relationships with local authorities, health professionals, support providers and other partner organisations to deliver coordinated services To be considered for the Agency Partnership ..... full job details .....
