Overview Orbital Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate Agency Nurse''s to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care across various healthcare settings in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area. Duties as an Agency Nurse Work in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Assess health conditions, complete observations and document changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. Ensure that individualised care plans created and kept up to date. Provide emotional support, physical an psychological support. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities. Requirements as an Agency Nurse Current nursing qualification and registration with the NMC. Proven experience in healthcare settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and shift patterns.
