Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK
• Valid NMC registration
