Agency Loans Middle Office

This major London based International bank are looking to strengthen their expanding Agency Loans/Fund Finance middle office team. To be considered for this role interested applicants must have acquired a minimum of 3 years proven Agency Loans Operations and documentation experience within the financial sector.-

Primary duties will include:

• Tracking of financial ESG covenants, security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring and front to back management of amendments and waivers.
• Supporting the Loan agency analysts with their daily tasks and acting as first point of escalation.
