We''re partnering with a high-growth business accelerator to hire an experienced Agency Growth Consultant to support a portfolio of ambitious agency founders through a structured scale-up programme.This is a strategic advisory role focused on coaching, accountability, and commercial growth. You''ll work closely with founders to help them identify priorities, solve operational and growth challenges, and execute effectively across every stage of their journey in the programme.You will act as a trusted advisor from onboarding through to programme completion, helping founders improve revenue performance, strengthen operations, and build scalable agency businesses.The OpportunityThis position is ideal for someone with a strong consulting, advisory, or fractional leadership background who understands how agencies scale and enjoys working across multiple founder relationships simultaneously.You won''t be responsible for delivering execution work directly.
