Pay: -16.00 - -22.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Chefs and Chef Managers to join a variety of catering and hospitality settings across the Surrey area, including care homes, schools, golf clubs, pubs, hotels, and contract catering sites.

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance procedures are followed.
• Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering where required.
• Lead, supervise, and support kitchen teams in Chef Manager and senior chef roles.
• Deliver a professional and efficient catering service to customers, residents, guests, or pupils.

• Previous experience working as a Chef, Cook, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Chef Manager.
• Experience within care homes, schools, hotels, pubs, restaurants, golf clubs, or contract catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate is advantageous for school and care home assignments.

• Competitive pay of -16.00 - -18.00 per hour (depending on role and experience).
